Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love every story you take home from A Book Place. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have your receipt and the item is in the same condition as when it left our shelves.

If you don’t have a receipt, returns and exchanges within 7 days are considered at our discretion. Items must have been purchased here and remain in their original condition.

Custom orders and consignment treasures are final sale.

Event Ticket Policy

We know every story has plot twists - we get it! While event tickets are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another A Book Place event of equal or lesser value, depending on availability. Just let us know before your scheduled event, and we’ll gladly help you find another gathering to enjoy.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another person. All event transfers are handled at the discretion of A Book Place. Please notify A Book Place if gifting your tickets- we'll be happy to add the recipient's name to our guest list to make check-in as smooth as possible!
